ACHIEVEMENTS IN 2007

Development of the Program’s ‘voice’

• Increased presence within the industry press, such as Press Releases (Lobbying event June 2007) and articles (Registered Traveler Programs in CTT).
• Creation of additional messaging tool – Silicon Trust Security Scan
  A bi-monthly electronic News Feed providing all Silicon Trust subscribers and members with up to date industry news.

Relationship building with respected industry bodies

• Working together with organizations such as Eurosmart and GlobalPlatform, to ensure consistent industry-wide messages.
• Establishment of an Advisory Council with the BSI (German Federal Office for Information Security).
• Securing a strong and committed Executive Council with Gemalto, Giesecke & Devrient, and Infineon Technologies.
• Continued support from existing Program members and ongoing interest from new Companies/Organizations such as Datastrip Ltd, TÜBITAK and Inspectron Holdings plc.
• Working together and supporting major Trade shows, such as Security Document World, London and CardEx, Cairo.
